Pricing and setup

How does rate rule setup work?

Send us your current rate sheets or tables. We import them into a rate book, map them to your intake forms and check the output against a set of past quotes before you go live. Growth and Agency plans include import assistance.

Does it integrate with our existing policy or order system?

Starter works with quote links and PDFs. Growth adds CSV exports, prefilled proposals and payment links. Agency adds webhooks and a REST API for direct integration with policy administration, CRM or field service tools.

What is the cancellation policy?

Plans run month to month unless you choose an annual term. You can cancel from your workspace settings and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Our Cancellation & Refunds policy has the full details.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your rate books, forms and quote history carry over unchanged. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.

Are there any setup or hidden fees?

No. The plan price is what you pay each month. If you want help importing a large or complex rate book beyond what your plan includes, we will quote that separately, itemised line by line, before any work starts.
