Terms of Service

The Service is a software platform that generates quotes from intake data using rate rules and risk factors you configure, produces a line-item breakdown for each quote, and supports converting accepted quotes into policies or service orders.

• You must give accurate signup information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including by users you invite.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your workspace.

You decide the rates, factors, discounts, thresholds and wording used in your workspace. The Service applies them as configured. You are responsible for ensuring they are accurate, current and compliant with any regulations, insurer agreements or filed rates that apply to you.

Sample quotes shown on this website use illustrative rates and are not offers of insurance or service.

The Service does not make final underwriting or approval decisions on cases outside your standard rules. Such cases are flagged for review by a person you designate. Decisions on referred cases, and the issue of any policy or order, remain your responsibility.

You keep ownership of your workspace content and your customers' data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit the data you enter.

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that puts the Service, other customers or quoted individuals at risk.

Fees depend on your plan and are set out in the written quote or order form you accept. Plans renew for the same term unless cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

We work to keep the Service available and may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature your plan depends on, we will give reasonable notice. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

The Service is provided to help you quote faster and more consistently, but pricing outcomes depend on the rules you configure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate rate rules, incorrect intake data, or decisions made on referred cases. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms after notice and a chance to fix it, except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm. You can export your data before closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
